I have tried to blog about our family many times before and seem to fail at it every time. I am vowing to keep it up as a way to hold us accountable for the life we are trying to live and the goals we are trying to achieve. So here goes our introduction and what we are hoping to share....
I'm Stacey and single mom to 3 of the greatest kids. Miranda is 20 and is in college. Elizabeth is 17 and entering her Senior year of high school. Patrick is 8. Miranda and Patrick are both on the Autism Spectrum. Miranda has Asperger's and Patrick has classic autism and is non verbal.
The girls and I are on a health trek to lose weight, get in shape, and all around live a healthy life.I am going to share what we try along the way.
Our family is a little crazy and a lot silly...so buckle up the ride will be a little bumpy but so worth the trip.
